I even waited till after 10 to allow sidewalks to be cleared and salted. Nope!! All sheets of ice with giant slag heaps at each corner to be perilously climbed. Only Dominion had properly cleared and salted - and only adjacent to their building. Sidewalks around their empty lot were treacherous.
