Had a savefile for this around chapter 40. Really good writing in this one, fell likes it’s the only SRW that realizes how funny it’s to have evangelion plot right next to goofier/calmer stuff.

The version of the prismriver sisters’ theme that plays at the end of the game is insane for this, if you add atmospheric clapping to any song it magnifies the emotional effect by 10.

The version of the prismriver sisters’ theme that plays at the end of the game is insane for this, if you add atmospheric clapping to any song it magnifies the emotional effect by 10.
Overall I liked, I thinks it’s fine, I’d say I prefer gen 1, 3.2 and 4 more, it is the absolutely easiest game to jump if you never played anything in the franchise, but I’m not sure if you could go back to the other games if you do that.

Finished, need to watch a lore video that explains why the main antagonist plan was to hand the god-machine to the dumbest character in the setting and then get shocked when he fucks up, because it actually seems like he got selected because he was dumb enough to fall for it.

09. Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon; Alea lacta Est - Kinda the easiest final fight in the game, I’m glad 621 and Ayre are portrayed as dumb assholes and it’s not a super-secret good ending. The last scene looks like you get sent to getter Valhalla.
