Gamblinghoul - The Gambling Pokemon
Gimmick:
When Gamblinghoul evolves into Goldhengo (I dont have a slick way to change the evo name), their signature move Make it Rain has its 5% damage deviation changed to a 100%, making the damage range go from 95-105% to 0-200%.

I haven't really said anything about it on here, but I've been slowly but surely getting into art, mostly for fun, but I posted a couple pics of me just learning certain mechanics. Finally, I'm at a place where I feel like I'm doing an ok job. Not like super rendered or anything but it's neat.
