I'm really happy with the progress I've made as an artist. Not super good yet but for what time and resources I've put into it (on and off practice for a year) I think I've made decent headway.

This in theory makes a high-roll crit (in modern gens) a grand total of 360 base power before the rest of the calculations.

Actually not even a story. I went to sleep around midnight as per usual but I only made it through 1 rem cycle before waking up and couldn't sleep. Started playing Balatro and here we are.

I understand that in text form, and without context this makes zero sense, but this is followed by a gasp and a long pause as if this just explains everything (in universe it does) but then proceed to explain what this means anyway, and its unreasonably funny.

But I just came across a goddamned gem of a weird line in the dub of the first episode of season 2 that just came out.
