Not too impressive yet, but the city just replanted the street planters for Spring and Summer. Interesting mix of Coleus, Dusty Miller, Petunias, Geraniums, Marigolds and Salvia. Looking forward to their beauty!

Dedicated on August 24, 1988. It stands as a sentinel over Pioneer Square in downtown Portland, Oregon. The lights on the side indicate the temperature. I've never seen the vanes at the top turn; but I feel like they were meant to.
