Never in my most cynical dreams did I imagine so many people willing to sell out their own country for money, attention, clout, out of spite, ignorance or hate.

Many people, myself included, wonder why America hasn't risen up to remove Trump, but it's important to recognize efforts to stop him have been going for over a decade. We have never just let Trump happen.
