The biggest thing we have to fear is **underreacting**.

"Keep calm and carry-on" is for when you trust your leaders.
It's getting harder for anyone to see them as anything but controlled opposition.

They all work for the same deep pockets, and all this crap is just a puppet show to keep the masses from taking the initiative.

Trump is clearly in a non-competent mental state after a stroke.

He is being managed by handlers who clearly talked him into cooperating with a mental aptitude test by lying and pitching it as a prestigous IQ test.

The GOP in Congress are now responsible for this entire mess until they 25th him.

Non-voters aren't staying home because they are waiting for someone "more in the middle".

They are waiting for someone exciting who offers the tangible improvements to quality of life that these fuckers are there to obstruct.

This seems like a parody where someone who doesn't want to be president is doing everything he can to force the country to remove him from office.

Unfortunately, instead he is an abusive narcissist who is doing these things because he wants nothing more than to unleash his war toys.

I fear they want us to let our guard down, but these guys will roll over closer to 2027

This is kind of unrelated, but I'm curious if your office would be interested in making sure CA license plates aren't used to support Nazi ideology -

This is the only correct take on this.

This game of disqualifying Dems for any hint of behavior short of Sainthood while moving the bar to excuse any and every excess by conservatives -- including multi-agency efforts to hide child sex-trafficking -- has to end.
October 8, 2025 at 11:33 PM
After decades of conservatives crying that it was unfair to uniformly label their name with misogyny, racism, homophobia and authoritarianism,

the moment they get sizable power they have done nothing but prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that is all they are about

There is something unethical about creating an AI whose job is to trick us into believing they are a human.

This creation needs a name like 'grok', 'Siri', etc.

Don't present a visage of a person with a full name & then casually mention, 'who is AI'.

WTF?

Too messy and chaotic a crime scene to stage something like that. The shooter wasn't physically distant from the victims

She obviously meant political tactics like redistricting.

The anti-gun, anti-death penalty, anti-war, anti-bullying, "we go high" side of the aisle cannot be credibly accused of what you are suggesting.

Her name sounds to me like melanoma. Fitting as part of the cancer trying to strangle our nation.

Had to Google Haru Urara -

This was a race horse in Japan that became famous for having no wins - an unbroken losing streak despite racing for many years.

In Japan, she became "as a symbol of perseverance and tenacity".

Which I think is the right message to take from this 💜

In which case, Tylenol prevents neurological impacts because it reduces fevers.

But let's get all witch-hunty anyway and pilory women for getting sick at a time they most certainly do not want to be.

You can want it to say 3.1/2, but it says 31%2.

The circles in % are crisp and spaced precisely, while the supposed decimal point is fuzzy and the same size as the other background icons.
September 25, 2025 at 10:56 PM
What does "31%2" mean?
September 25, 2025 at 2:59 PM
Only if we throw these nut bags out of power - which I don't see a path towards, honestly.

Not without open conflict, with uncertain odds.

I am very worried for these people.

If they have been released abroad, at least some of them should have been able to contact family.

I think they are either detained or no longer alive.

And I don't put it past the white supremacists hired by our government to think the later is "cool"

You're here to piss on people being happy about a win against the wave of authoritarianism striking everywhere.

"How dare you enjoy this win!!! You haven't fought hard enough for this other thing so you are all actually MONSTERS!"

The guilt trip is an egoboost for you but counterproductive overall
September 24, 2025 at 12:27 AM
Something else about human psychology - constant negativity will make people tune you out.

I almost wonder if a bunch of these types of posts aren't designed to create a negative impression of Gaza advocacy.

This win *ultimately also protects your cause*. But you are using it as a pulpit to bully
September 23, 2025 at 10:03 PM
I'm sorry that you don't understand that people will always respond more to issues near them than those that are distant.

I suggest taking a psychology course to understand *how humans are* so you can set some realistic expectations.
