I think that inviting him to Balmoral is stroke of genius, wont be as much pomp as a visit to London and so less cost and security and not such high profile for the rest of the world!!! I'm sure Scotland can give him the reception he deserves 😂

They are considering 3/4 weekly collections. Where i live they have had 3 weekly collections for rubbish for quite a while, with weekly recycling collections. I think it has worked well
