I was just thinking about how every time I see a company rolling back DEI policies, it feels like a modern-day “WHITES ONLY” sign, just without the paint and wood. The message is the same: exclusion, regression, and a reminder of who they truly built their spaces for.
This is the real intent of the Felon Administration's removal of DEI initiatives. It's what they want to get back to.
