It's bad thinking to take away Maine's buoys with the argument that we could rely on GPS nav. I can barely leave Bangor without losing service. It's like taking away the road lines and signs, but expecting folks to know when the next curve is by taking eyes off to look at a screen

A lot of my posts end up sounding like or directly being the sort of thing you'd hear in relationship counseling. That's no mistake. It's because revolutionary movements are dependent as much on relationships as they are material infrastructure. Maybe more so.

There goes income-based payments on student loans. There goes safety nets. Laws only mean something when enforced, it's crime when reported, so those without privilege will see a rise in committed crime statistics. This makes it easier to criminalize and excuse our murders.

For the folks planning a garden on the cheap: alfalfa pellets sold for horse feed is the same as alfalfa meal sold as soil amendment, just in pellet form. But like 50 lbs for $20 or so.
