100% I stopped running this year and added more lifting days. I have started to notice my stress and anxiety creep up. I need to get back to a good cardio balance.
Even simple run / walk intervals seems to help

(If you haven’t studied any military history, the reason no one fields them in a serious navy anymore is because aircraft carriers (and these days, missile cruisers) absolutely fucking wreck them, as was proven in WWII, particularly the Pacific theatre)
