I decided to follow @guygavrielkay.bsky.social's suggestion for a martini made with orange bitters. Though I deviated by using French vermouth and a lemon twist garnish.
I must concur it is a fine restorative potion.

Forty years ago I read John Blofeld's "Art of Chinese Tea" and was fascinated by the description of tiny clay pots ram full with tea leaf to make brew to drink from walnut-size cups. I never expected to live to make tea that way myself.
