But wait, there's more! I fell asleep on my phone so my phone died and I missed frantic calls and texts about out store key being MIA (the person who opened for me yesterday didn't put it back) so Chloe had to leave her day job to go unlock the store because I was sound asleep

We bought a few more shelves for the store so we can have our chips on shelves instead of building displays out of boxes. We opened the boxes to discover that they are slightly lighter than our existing shelves, only noticeable when they're side-by-side.

Negative experience aside, there are still things I love about this place. Go for the drinks and pastries. Those are worth the high price tag. Skip the actual food.

The issues:
1. It starts at one price but pretty much ever ingredient that turns it into a burrito costs money so it's $20 by the end.
2. The shell is broken in the middle
3. It was over toasted so it's too crunchy (and way too hot)
4. The bite I managed to take was not good. Idk what it is.

Update: I spent $20 on a breakfast burrito because I didn't think I had time to go home to eat. The burrito is so bad that I still ended up going home to eat. I'll post pics when I'm ready to face this burrito. Maybe I'll change my mind about it when it's cooled enough to hold.

I'm also frustrated because my original plan for my lawn maintenance involved chickens + two pygmy goats and I didn't learn this until AFTER closing on my house. I'm just too redneck for the Bucket, I suppose.

Anywho, if you value your sanity: never buy a home in Pawtucket, RI. They hate bees (beekeeping is literally illegal here, in addition to the strongly anti-bee housing ordinances)

The reporting is anonymous. It could be the church across the street for all we know. It's just frustrating because we counted 9 homes on our way back that were in worse shape than ours. Weeds extending above bushes that also extended above fences.

Cam thinks that maybe they came out early on 10/1 and that was before he mowed for the week and the grass was a little long. That's what we're hoping. We'll see.

Well according to the file, they allegedly reinspected on 9/17 and 10/1. Except the pictures they have are from the initial violation, with no updated pictures. But we didn't bring pictures so it was our word vs theirs. So they issued another continuance.

So I go today and the clerk is like "it's still not resolved?!" and I was like "Can you PLEASE just tell me what the violation is and then I can answer?" and she showed us the picture and Cam and I were like "dude that was resolved like a week after we received the initial violation"

They forgot to reinspect so they issued a continuance without notifying me. I ONLY knew to go today because the clerk recommended I check in with the office on my way out and the office said to come back today.

I literally made myself sick doing it. I was physically ill for two weeks, during which time we got more rain so things started growing back but were still within code. Yet, we still received a court summons for Sept 29th.

I reached out to landscaping companies for quotes on a simple clean up. 4 digits. $1500 to weed 4 beds outside of my little house. So I transformed into a mole and did the work myself (no tools) in approximately an hour while Cam trimmed ALL of our bushes.

We got a series of heavy rains that resulted in rapid growth, during a time when I went weeks without a day off. Sure enough, pink slip on door with "weeds" written in chicken scratch.

So like you see my frustration. So this year, Cam was extra motivated to NOT see that stupid pink slip. That man has been so meticulous about out yard and beds, despite being just as busy as I am. I helped when I could but chronic illness means I can't be outside in humid weather for long times.
