Here's some fun optimization findings I've come across for VRChat
-Disable SMT/Hyperthreading for your CPU → more stable framerates + ~15% higher FPS
-Lock VRChat to one CCX (if your CPU has more than one) → MUUUUCH better frametimes + FPS
Also ignore the fact VRChat is taking like 27GB of ram hehe

So yay I was able to somehow manage to recreate this issue!
Reinstall steamVR (or use beta)
unplug your headset too, then replug
And currently weird bug with KDE + Nvidia on wayland
so add this to your GRUB config:
(so just: sudo nano /etc/default/grub
then: sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /etc/grub2.cfg)
