Trump’s anti-trans Executive Order is bad BUT it technically defines everyone as female. It states:
“'Female' means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the large reproductive cell."
Since all fetuses "at conception" are female, Trump just defined EVERYONE as female.

BG3 gave me the mind blown achievement when I DEFINITELY did not do that and I can only assume it's either because I was hosting and my friend DID do it (which he did) or because I afk'd on the cutscene because of a Discord glitch but now I'm stuck with this forever : (

I don't work for an insurance company, but I do work in contact with them frequently and I am often the one who has to relay to patients and doctors that their treatment won't be covered. The amount of times I've been told by patients "I guess I'll just die", and there's nothing I can say to that.
