That and Vaughan haunts her still, even after his death. She once decked Alistair for laughing in just the right way to unintentionally set her off and she wailed on him until the whole group came and pulled her off him. Poor guy had no idea wtf happened D:

They do work it out and become good friends but like, they were shouting and yelling at each other when they first crossed paths during Broken Circle. It was not pretty

Yeah the thought of losing Alessandra, and then briefly thinking she actually did, terrified Leliana and that's partially what prompts Alessandra to leave the Wardens after the Blight
