Well, reliability is a huge factor. Case in point, currently at a G station and there hasn’t been a train for 40 minutes and there isn’t a single alert or notification from the MTA. How are people supposed to rely on this when the MTA is completely terrible at communicating?

NYC can’t even get universal crosswalk daylighting, which is standard law across almost all of the US, including NYS law! NYC is specifically exempted from that law.
