Feel like we're seeing a global phenomenon of cultures that can no longer absorb and handle fringe weirdos. Now they're able to reach each other and resist the ol' tried and true pressures of "shut up and sit down, you're drunk/weird/insane".

captivated by the idea: we used to go to an office to sit at a desk. but soon we will put on our office glasses and our desk earphones. (the words aren't right. but it's a change of going somewhere to dressing up in somewhere)

wonder if you could make an inverse adaptation of Daniel Keyes's "Flowers for Algernon" novel (or the movie Charly (1968)) - where the world's smartest man is able to ruin to his intelligence, but tragically ends up gaining it all back.

after playing "In Death" i'm afraid of constant archery VR games (tiring/painful?).
Might be cool if that sort of VR game let you pull trigger to redo the last bow pull? so you could pull bow less often.
