正直これは知らなかったですけど、私の買ったモデルは旧型なので対象外みたいですね。UXは良くないですがGoogle Photosみたいなモバイルアプリがあったりと便利そうなので、ベンダーロックインがあったとしてもトレードオフとして許せる範囲かなと思ってます。

NAS素人なのでオススメはないのですが友人からの受け売りで www.synology.com/en-us/produc... を買いました。家に一台置いておいて、RAID 1 + 定期的な手動バックアップを考えてます。
子供たちの写真をCloudに置いておくのに抵抗を感じて今日NAS立ち上げたばかりで旬なトピックです。近日中にGoogle Photosから完全移行するつもりです。
