Completely agree. Read to my new graduate from the day we came home from hospital. She turned pages of board books a 4 mos. Taught herself to read at 4 yrs. Amazing vocabulary, beautiful writer. Example is key!

In competitive speech and debate, we have an event called Dramatic Interpretation of literature. My student became state champ in 2023 with a selection from Salt to the Sea. 😃

Minor injuries in the stampede. A few needed medical attention for panic attacks. My group is rattled but fine. But they don't want to come back to the event center to watch.

We were so surprised when we were in Marseilles and stumbled across Camp des Milles. We had no idea there was a concentration camp on France.
