When I was a Hill staffer in 2009, a Dem trifecta was trying to pass universal healthcare. In response, Senate GOP released a memo detailing all of the tactics they in the minority could use to delay the effort as much as possible. I'm recirculating that 2009 GOP memo here. Take inspiration from it.

There have been a lot of times where I feel like we need to have honest discussions on the left about what has worked and what hasn’t, share observations without judgement, but it feels like there isn’t much space for it. I think it’s holding us back.

I just saw Modest Mouse in concert. I want to know what they were doing before someone told them millennials are at that sweet nostalgia spot and will come in droves to see them. Working at corporate jobs? What was their life before they came back to make us all so happy? Did they need to practice?
Do people watch something (concert, movie, event) and spend half the time thinking about how it’s made? Just me? I just imagine the BTS documentary at everything I go to.
