A good, workhorse building we should build more of: Either 12 units for singles or 6 family-sized units. Everyone gets a balcony. Easily fits on a standard 5,000 square-foot lot. Fits around six parking spaces in the back. And yet, illegal to build in the typical US residential neighborhood.

One book I can't recommend enough, especially if you're a fan of graphic novels, is "Crash Course" by Woodrow Phoenix. Stunning art and a very well told story about traffic violence and cities designed for driving. bookshop.org/a/9252/97819...
