We're preaching the advantages of Bluesky. I think more candidates will adopt it later in the cycle, but right now some are prioritizing getting news out to that "one" social forum with critical mass though everyone resents it & have to manually detoxify threads because the service's owners won't.

This opens at 5pm and you can come and go as you like, so there's time to make Saturday afternoon protests/festivals then come meet a candidate taking on LaHood in #IL-16 - It may roll past 7pm if there's enough food and crowd. WCD isn't sponsoring but we'll be there!

Also, in a national poll, no major group of people comes close to supporting food assistance cuts; even Republicans were only at 19%. In synthesized likely support models based on Congressional district, the calculations didn't come up over 15% support in ANY district. See bsky.app/profile/data...
