I'm a wildlife educator based in the sf bay area with a focus on reptiles, amphibians, and other small underappreciated animals we share our planet with!
Super stoked for my first ever encounter with an eastern Pacific red octopus! Seeing them change the color and texture of their skin in person is truly magnificent! Their intelligence is extremely apparent as well!

Tonight we're helping newts off the roads in the rain! During storms certain roads become death traps for these guys while trying to reach their breeding ponds. Be safe and drive carefully in the rain!

Last summer I was contacted about a #rattlesnake in their backyard and I was happy to come out and help them move this awesome guy out of their way. These guys are often attracted to human habitation by sprinklers, shade, and mice! I can hardly blame them in the heat of summer #snake #reptile #nature

Here's my little girl Venus. She's a ball python with a load of morphs. If you can guess them all you win a cookie!

But more importantly shes becoming a very sweet little snake who will make an excellent educational animal ambassador!

Spending mornings and sharing breakfast with my baby blue rock iguana is such a joy.

I find it funny how these BLUE iguanas go crazy for BLUE berries.

Occasionally I'll head out to the coast and poke around. Sometimes it results in some pretty amazing finds like this clown dorid crawling across is chiton buddy

Here's my beautiful Az mountain king snake, Cain.

He's an Applegate mutation which reduces the presence of black pigment in their bands.

He's sweet as can be and you can probably guess how I came up with his name

I'm feeling very fortunate to have witnessed courtship behavior from one of the rarest and most beautiful reptiles on the West Coast.
