Saw a line of noisy school kids queueing on the train station, and felt relieved that it seemed like they were at the next platform.

Settles onto my train, and they start boarding my carriage 😬. I get up and walk 2 carriages down, hopefully far enough out the way 😂

Physio appointment done. Referral discharged as I've seen a massive improvement in SI joint pain. Going to keep up my exercises and have been given some advancements for these.

i cannot help but wonder, with the information coming out of MUSC about hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos likely being neuroimmune-related instead of collagen related, & with the venn diagram of hEDs & endo occurrence, if this information might be used at cross purposes for dual diagnostics

I signed up with an email I use for subscriptions because I didn't know if I would stay. So as I rarely use the email address they can't use it to verify that I'm an adult. So they want facial scan/credit card.
