Really excited for this because I felt like Talk To Me had a lot of protentional that sort of loses itself down the stretch.

BRING HER BACK (in theaters May 29) is a bold swing from the Philippou brothers. Gorgeously shot, unrelentingly bleak, deeply upsetting, and just a huge bummer overall.
TALK TO ME was an intense movie but it was a crowd pleaser. This is not a crowd pleaser.
Admired it more than I enjoyed it.
