And I'm just so pissed that these kinds of sweeping actions continue to happen day after day with no regard for anything, other than sowing chaos, ruining lives, and spitting in the face of American democracy. I wish this would all stop but even if it did, the damage is done

I always assumed that research opportunities would exist here, and to see them disappear entirely because of this administration is honestly so shocking and so saddening. I'm still looking to return to work but am so concerned about the long term effect this will have on science as a whole
