☀️ I enjoy drawing cartoons and pretending to be a sock. At least one of these activities has been successful for me.

☀️ I draw during breaks from work, so I don't post that often.

Telemachus and his four mythological wives.
Homer left Telemachus’s fate untold, so Greeks and Romans filled the gaps in Post-Homeric Tradition, linking him (and Odysseus) to many possible women.
But which myth feels most true?

XIX. Urania.

Even the Greeks understood that the sky was not the limit.

XVIII. Trireme.

Sometimes I just want to take a deep breath, open my eyes, and see the sea, sunrise, and puffy clouds in front of me.

There is something about Delphi that I really like, but words cannot describe it.

X. Spear.

The myth of Cephalus and Procris could have taken a different turn if Procris had been able to dodge as deftly as the magic spear thrown at her by her husband hit the target.

Day VI - Scar.

The ancient Greek concept of "Mom, I hurt my knee" would be "I was attacked by a wild boar while hunting. I hit it with a spear, but it's a little hard for me to walk now. Can we sail home?"

Day V - Hammer.

No one said that Daedalus couldn't sit with baby Icarus and baby Asterion while he was building a layout of the Knossos labyrinth.

Day IV - Tripod.

The Twelve Labors is, of course, a classic. But who knows about the case of Heracles stealing the tripod of the Pythia, offended because she refused to give him a prediction on how to atone for his sin? And then Apollo went to take the tripod back?

Yeah, that happened.

Day III - Messenger.

That very moment where there is nothing to quote on the myth about Perseus, because Perseus is the Greek equivalent of "that hero from a fairytale", whom everyone knows, but everyone retells in their own way.

Day II - Beast.

"She was of divine stock, not of men, in the fore part a lion, in the hinder a serpent, and in the midst a goat, breathing forth in terrible wise the might of blazing fire. And Bellerophon slew her, trusting in the signs of the gods." - Hector.

Day I - Arrow.

"Take heed ere it is too late, lest I bring on thee some vengeance of the gods' wrath on thy day of doom, when Paris and Phoebus Apollo slay thee, great warrior though thou art, at the Scaean Gates." - Hector's last words to Achilles.

A redesign of my old Steven Universe OC - Citrine (he/him).
I'm still sad that there was no canonical citrine in the series!

I'm currently trying to recreate a map of Odysseus' journey in accordance with the Odyssey. It turned out to be harder than I thought.
