It’s all over FB. Anyway, get the balance of spicing right and it’s totally bang on. I used this for 1kg of mince (half 5% fat beef, half 12% lamb). The tweaks I’d make is make each roll as thin as possible) and possibly add some lamb stock to increase juiciness. Grill at end for 1 min too.
