My hometown river is the mighty DuPage. Running through the heart of Chicago's western suburbs, I'd say its biggest claim to fame is that in the 70's it was lined with hippies, and according to Bob Odenkirk, it was the inspiration for the "living in a van down by the river" line.

Today I learned that no one is quite certain if Max Reebo has arms or not. He was initially designed as a two-legged guy who plays piano with his feet, but the movie didn't properly depict it. People saw the movie and figured he must have legs down there because he's clearly playing with his hands.
