I’d say start with something aged and inexpensive like Repave or Millstone for raw. Also try a fresh raw like 2025 School Day. For ripe I’d try something like 2020 Old Reliable and 2022 Modern Witch. Then sample around anything that catches your attention

the bamboo aroma will get stronger as you get down the tube (those are the leaves that were stuffed in first). It’ll be sort of a bright sweetness and a bit of roast
