Tonight's dinner: spinach linguine with a roasted garlic sauce that I added marinated artichokes, Italian sausage and some lemon zest to. (Sauce and pasta from the pasta seller at the farmers market)

We might not have any toddlers on the house, but Ash is filling the role nicely (he's our nearly 6 mo cat - vet told us he's older than we thought.) He's trying to hog all the new cat toys, while zooming everywhere.

In the month we've had Ash, I've just been watering my garden and not really doing any maintenance. And well, my tomato plants sort of exploded in growth. The basil too!

This is in our neighbor's yard. If you know much about LA, we do have a lot of wild green parrots. And there's a pair nesting.
