blitzo's suit (DON’T ASK ME ABOUT THE NEW SEASON)
@wholetthemonst1.bsky.social
Hello!

I'm an artist that makes comics now and then. You may know me best as the author and illustrator on the comic 'Without Blitzo', as well as the ongoing comic 'Glass Spider'. I like to talk about movies, music, history and video games.

… how didn’t I see this sooner?

Basically the same characters.

Reuben says that Gantu had a rough day and even offers an ear if he wants to talk about it... which is something Gantu picks up on.

Again, it's a small moment that sadly doesn't last, but... I still felt it was a very sweet sliver of humanity between these two.

Then... Gantu does something you don't really expect of him to do. He apologizes; he realizes he went over a line, and he admits it.

What's even more interesting is that Reuben, whom usually takes every opportunity to jab at Gantu... doesn't. Quite the opposite actually.

It's fairly early on in the episode, when Gantu goes back to his ship after another failed capture. He's angry and frustrated and, of course, takes it out on Reuben (even going so far as to making him drop his sandwich).

Simply put, stagnate water is simply filled with bacteria and parasitic amoebas.

Now, the water in the pool is scary for two reasons. The first one is the obvious one; you can drown in it.

But the second, and in my opinion, the scarier reason? If it's been like that for a long while, there's a high risk that water has stagnated.

You do NOT want to bathe in that.

Of course, the fear of drowning is a natural and obvious fear. However, I did notice something unintentionally freaky in the same episode.

Later on, they track the experiment to an old abandoned house with a swimming pool filled with water.

In the episode 'Spooky' of the 'Lilo and Stitch'-cartoon, experiment 300 is an experiment that can morph into your worst fear.

Now, we know that Stitch's worst fear is drowning, and they do address that by having a whole room flooding while Stitch is in said room.

It's canon; Poppy smokes a bong.

1K!!!!!!!!!!🎉 🥳

This is an amazing milestone, and I cannot thank you all enough for being here to make it a reality. It genuinely makes me happy to know so many of you love to read about my obtuse observations, inane inklings and silly stories. It really makes a big difference to me. 🥰

HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT...

'Eerie Indiana'?

Remember that episode of Right Back at Ya!, where they actually referenced She Whom Shall Not Be Named, and the Sport That Luz Rightfully Lambasted in The Owl House?

For instance, I don't see Gomez; I see Raul Julia playing Gomez. I don't see Morticia; I see Anjelica Huston playing Morticia, etc.

I think the most glaring example is Uncle Fester; that's CLEARLY Christopher Lloyd, playing Uncle Fester.

In this game, there is an area called 'The Portrait Gallery', and here you can find portraits of all the family members in the background. While these are good enough renditions of their movie-portrayals, the problem withstands.

I'm pointing this out because I wish to bring attention to the 16-bit video game adaptation, based on the first movie. I feel this one, better than most, highlights my problem.

I've said before that I love everything about The Addams Family, even the bad stuff, and I still stand by that fact. However, if there is one thing I would like to point out is that I think they kinda dropped the ball in the casting for the live action-movies from the 90s.

ALMOST ON FUCKING CUE! Your post got a like by one of these leeches...
November 30, 2025 at 7:36 PM
OK, can these fuckers go away? I've had four of these already, and it's annoying as fuck.
November 30, 2025 at 7:34 PM
I really mean that too. Like, the 2019-movie was bad, but I did still like it for the Addams.
