🪟 Open windows when possible to allow fresh air to circulate.
🤧 Cover coughs & sneezes with a bent elbow or a tissue. Dispose of the used tissue in a closed bin.
🙌Clean your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 40-60 seconds or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
