I never thought podcasts would be the secret to keeping my startup’s heartbeat strong—but here we are. Every day, I tune into at least one show, whether I’m commuting or just taking a mental break.

I used to think three monitors was overkill… until I tried it.

Why Three Monitors?
- Less toggling between screens
- Easy division of tasks - One screen for AI tools, one for research, and one for my main task at hand

I can’t believe I’m spilling this secret but it’s too good to keep

I used to spend forever prepping for meetings: drafting agendas, worrying I’d forget important points, juggling follow-ups

Now AI handles most of that for me!

With our runway shrinking and key projects behind schedule, I realized my job wasn't just to solve problems-it was to keep morale alive..

Raising capital used to feel like the ultimate goal.

Now, I'm seeing it differently..

Take the Leap... even if it terrifies you

Some people say you should never dive into a new venture without a good plan. And honestly I get it. It's safer to wait, gather more data, or let someone else go first.

Delayed Gratification Is Underrated

Not every reward needs to be immediate.

Sometimes saying "not now" to an opportunity leaves room for a bigger "yes" later on.

It's easy to think of a star athlete just scoring goals or hitting home runs. But behind the scenes, they're doing..…. drills, analyzing footage, and refining tiny parts of their game. I'm learning that real progress in business works the same way.

What happens when you find early superfans as a startup..

I’ve been thinking about how some of the most successful companies got their big breaks by focusing on a very specific type of user

the ones who absolutely love what you do..

even when the rest of the world might barely notice you yet.

If you're the type who loves learning on the job then you have one of the most important qualities of a startup founder.

One day, you're diving into product design. The next, you're negotiating contracts or prepping for investor ConvoS.

How I realized Sazmining needed two leaders...

When I first started Sazmining I tried to handle everything on my own: imagining where wed be in fve years (the "visionary” stuff) and doing all the day-to-day tasks that keep the lights on (the "integrator" side).

When we first set out to build MyWorker, we had zero customers, no polished website, and only a gut feeling that sales could be simpler with AI..

some days, we felt like we were just throwing ideas at the wall - but over time a few lessons really stuck:

Launch Way Before You’re “Ready.”

Remember the thrill of a snow day? For me it turned into one of my first 'startup experiences...

It's wild to think that snow days and shoveling neighborhood driveways would shape how I view business today.

Growing up, I loved the holiday season- especially when the snow would close school. 1/6

Feeling grateful today. It’s wild how fast tech evolves - yet we get to build, learn, and help people in ways unthinkable a few years back. Working alongside brilliant minds as we shape new solutions feels like a privilege every single day 🔥
