So Donald trump is reportedly wanting to give Alberta 500 billion to secede from canada. which is like almost 100k per citizen because Alberta only has around 5 million people less than the population of washington DC but still more than Wyoming.

All they have to do is make it cheaper to buy than then switch 2 and they'll dominate. Doesn't even need to be that much cheaper.
