Funnily enough - and here I date myself with great precision - before watching CK my understanding of it was based on an episode of the Ghostbusters cartoon

... which I think maps pretty well because I watched Citizen Kane when I was about 20, deliberately and with interest, but it was very much to do with filling out my cultural education rather than having a blast (although I enjoyed it a lot)

I think the reporting of this has been quite mad. Crackpot sinophobia. It's probably near critical high voltage power lines, and the water mains as well! We're doomed for certain!

He would have been better as deputy leader. A pugnacious public performer under someone a little less mercurial, so the party isn't entirely tied to his rather mercurial manner.
