Happy Thanksgiving! I smoked my first turkey and it came out WAY better than I expected. I brined it for 18hrs, injected it with spicy garlic butter, rubbed it in and out with the same butter mixture, and wrapped it in a buttered soaked cheesecloth. I’m happy and very thankful!
