美国司法部今天正式撤销了对川普煽动叛乱案和文件门案两个案子的起诉，但将继续起诉这两个案子的同案犯，证明了川普可以凌驾于法律之上，别人不行。不过估计川普上台后就会命令司法部也撤销对同案犯的起诉。这两个案子证据确凿，无可辩驳，在正常的法治社会川普及其同案犯都应该被定罪。

对川普的唾弃或拥抱已经不是政治选择了。在美国大选投票前两天，《纽约时报》发表了一篇社论，《这次大选没有场边看台》，就已经阐明这次大选是一场道德底线考验，是一次审美情趣和审美能力的测试。
如果你拥抱川普是基于个人利益，这是完全可以理解，也是合理的。但你已经不具有道德底线再试图扮演公益代言人的角色。你已经彻底背叛了启蒙思想。对许多华裔美国人或华人知识分子，逻辑互洽已经荡然无存，双标和虚伪可以毫无廉耻。更重要的是，在我看来，你已没有审美能力。
