Just some suggestions to take with the proverbial grain of salt. Your concept is great, it just needs some minor tweaks.

Love the title, but perhaps you might consider a different font style? And perhaps the stamp could be lowered slightly—closer to "Reject." You may also consider a slightly toned down yellow or using a darker color rather than light blue (possibly even black or a dark grey?) Just food for thought.
