Last night, I got home a few mins before 9pm. By the time I was outside to walk the dog at 9:05, there were a dozen federal agents and local cops on the stairs and lawn of the house directly across the street from me.

I can't access my reasonable accommodation file because that department was closed down for being DEI and their system was archived.

One of the best and weirdest parts of my #MS is that my long term planning ability is gone.

I'm not actually able to think about the Future in any real way. Time just doesn't compute for me more than 2-3 weeks from now.

Sometimes the only way to deal with the #anxiety is to do something creative and joyful. Like spending over 2 hours individually gluing 120 mini holiday lights onto a cardboard cat house.
