I had to sit through a mandatory ai onboarding training today that led to us discovering the roll out had happened so haphazardly, my team has about 80 solid hours of work ahead of us to manually fix the issue.

People are going hungry. They're cold. It's okay(ish) for folks with electric heat who got a head start on programs, but that doesn't put oil in the tank. it doesn't make the deep chill go away. it doesn't make it feel any less dehumanizing.
