They have tested it all now and the birth defect does not effect functioning. Which is good, because if it did I would need surgery which... Yeah I'd rather not.

Lmao. I actually am fine lol. I got referred to cardiology because of the problems with chest pain and heart rate I have from long covid. They found a birth defect in my heart in a cat scan (the arteries come out of the wrong side and have to like loop round to connect).

My weird malformed heart has been prodded and scanned and stress tested and it is fine and works. Thus ends three years of cardiologists telling me increasingly alarming things ending with the phrase "but it's probably fine".

Waiting for an appointment and there is daytime TV house hunting programme on with an adorable couple of retired lesbians looking for a new house with their cats and their chickens. Or at least they were adorable until one of the said she was a retired cop. My wholesome has been ruined.

Altars should probably be kept clean of other things and reserved solely for their deity. However, I have cats and live in a small space with limited workroom so 🤷‍♀️

Oslo University Hospital caught using trans patients' journals for research purposes:
- Without the patients' consent to participate in research
- Affecting minors
- 1700 of them
- Taking highly sensitive information from said journals

This is a HUGE breach.
