For the uninitiated the map doesn't convey what a steep climb it is from 5th Ave to Terrace St. Different buildings' ground floors are at different elevations. Montefiore floor 8 and Presby floor 3 are at the same level for example. Madness! I've been through those mazes. Not fun.

Positive feedback is so powerful. Why don't more managers understand that? "Because good work is expected" was a lame rationale.

Do the people who design all these connections really consider that actually people have to drive through this? I see so many places where a split second decision needs to be made if you're not familiar with this spaghetti routing.
