#ICE takes multiple witnesses to the shooting in Minneapolis this morning into custody. In addition, the victim was simply recording ICE before they killed him.

Watch the video. You can clearly see the man is not holding a gun in his hand, he's holding his phone and videotaping ICE agents. Another video shows him on the ground getting punched, multiple agents are on him. One agent retrieved a gun and runs off. Then you hear gun shots! They killed him.
