It will never not be odd that fog/woodsmoke particulates are picked up by the wildlife camera.

Made some adult bibs, aka, clothing protectors, for my mom.
Reversible, one side with a bright, sometimes bold, pattern, the other more subdued & quiet.
Thanks to Alzheimer's, some days, she'll want quiet, other days, something to focus on & pick designs out of.

Mayhem was adopted at the same time, at 10 months old.
Had only been in the shelter a few weeks, but had no one interested.
He grew into a floofy, empty headed, playful cat that we have absolutely no regrets in bringing home.
We'd adopt them both again in a heartbeat.

Well, that explains why I hadn't seen my native Witchhazel bloom since planting it in it's permanent home, neatly 10 years ago.
I wasn't looking at it in the right season. 😆

This smells amazing.
Butter, sea salt, garlic powder, fresh cracked black pepper, roasted 25 min, basted in own butter & juices, roasted another 20 min.
Once it cools, it'll be scooped out & used to recreate a dish my SiL fed us while in Michigan that was delicious.
