To end 2025, today’s spin is the Residents’ album Eskimo, from 1979! Consisting of haunting chanting, flute-like synth and arctic sound effects to document Inuit life, the band used experimental homemade instruments and a bit of snide anti-consumerism to achieve this avant-garde masterpiece #vinyl

Pulled the trigger on a 5-disc CD changer for my sound system and it’s perfect! Very happy I can get back to listening to CDs at home after upgrading my turntable last year 🎶
