Out of Vogue is the debut EP by American punk rock band Middle Class, released in January 1979.
Along with Black Flag's Nervous Breakdown EP, this album was often considered the first record of the hardcore punk genre.

First spin of the 2026 is the Dave Brubeck Quartet’s album Take Five, from 1959! Originally initiated as an experiment in different and unusual time signatures, this album succeeds in giving listeners a taste of unique rhythms along with an incredibly solid taste of cool jazz all at once #vinyl

To end 2025, today’s spin is the Residents’ album Eskimo, from 1979! Consisting of haunting chanting, flute-like synth and arctic sound effects to document Inuit life, the band used experimental homemade instruments and a bit of snide anti-consumerism to achieve this avant-garde masterpiece #vinyl
