Adding: it seems relevant that Marco Rubio's Florida buddy David Rivera - they shared a house for 5 years - is an associate of both Maduro and new president Delcy Rodriguez. Rivera is currently awaiting trial for acting as an unregistered foreign agent for Venezuela. Lots of old ties here. 6/

We need this in Los Angeles, where my trash and sewer (plus earthquake retrofitting, which is really ridiculous) plus misc fees are $200 a month. That doesn’t include regular utilities. It’s just a bill I have to slap onto my rent.
