Neither is being on fire.

This happened to my family (with opposite parents) and it fucking sucks. It's been a while since I've played so enjoy my deep cuts.

Also, has this scene been in anyone else's head lately?

Ah Becky, one of my favorite characters even though she never actually participates in any story arcs.

She makes #2 out 3 new characters introduced since the end of the Covered in Spiders arc. It sort if feels like the beginning of the second season of the blog. My favorite story arc comes soon!

How much does it cost to run congress for a year?

We've reached a point where the most face-saving explanation is "well, we were trying to start a war with Venezuela" because the other answers are "we get off on murder" and "we're terrible at our jobs".

The real explanation will of course be a combination of the three.

Hence why his resignation letter was already drafted and ready to go. Dude probably wrote it last November in anticipation.

Unless being part of the online discourse or dramatically avoiding spoilers is hugely important to you, this is a perfectly reasonable approach to any streaming show.

This guy looks like he joined the priesthood because he had the misfortune to be born in a time when Swashbuckler was no longer a viable career path.

In fairness, it would have been difficult to do an SRD in the style of 3rd and 5th. The moving parts were in the characters instead of under them if that makes any sense.

I like how the monsters are more realistic than the people.

Go for it.

It's also a pod that really understands the balance between game and performance without sacrificing either. About a third of the way through the original campaign. Will probably listen to the new one at some point but will miss the New England setting.

Nah, I'd rather not vote for someone I agree with only 80% of the time. I'll stay home on principle and complain that the reason the guy who wants me dead won is that there wasn't a candidate who represented me enough available.

I'm not really interested in Star Trek Academy. I can imagine that a lot of people asked for it, and if no one did, its a pretty reasonable thing to create on spec.

I will probably watch it anyway. Its quality will be independent of my interest in the premise.

Like the step between a PbtA playbook and the full rules doc. Wouldn't even be that hard to break up a rule system into a few modular pdfs. Print these 4 for this character, etc.

Would be an amazing troll for, like, Maine to claim the Utahraptor.

Did... did this already exist or was it dreamed into existence?

Shit. Why did I say that last part? Can WotC hear us?
December 5, 2025 at 2:43 PM
This plus 80% of the book is irrelevant to any given player in any given game. There are 12 base classes of which you *might* be playing upwards of two. You only care about a fraction of the spells and that fraction might be 0.

If they made class-specific PHBs they'd be very slim and manageable.

Also, I think it's a feature not a bug that you don't know of you would have made the roll without it. That's how it works in real life.

Would you have won without the assist? You'll always have to live with not knowing.

I could have made the shot but the wind was bad! Sure buddy, sure.
